1. Onboarding / Setup Fees
Onboarding and setup fees are non-refundable once onboarding work has commenced.
If cancelled before onboarding begins, refunds may be granted at our discretion.
2. Subscription Fees
Monthly subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable once charged.
Cancellation prevents future billing only.
3. Duplicate or Incorrect Charges
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, notify us within 14 days.
Approved billing errors will be refunded promptly.
4. Service Failure
If service is materially unavailable due to our fault for an extended period, we may offer service credits or refunds at our discretion.
5. Chargebacks
Customers must contact us first before initiating chargebacks.
Improper chargebacks may lead to suspension of service.
